Following the appointment of Mr Steven Welsh to the post of Assistant Head Teacher with responsibility for science and Ebacc subjects, we are seeking to appoint a Co-ordinator to work alongside Mr Welsh.
This exciting opportunity has been created through a school staffing restructure and the successful candidate will currently be an outstanding science teacher with an excellent track record of classroom success.
The successful candidate will:

Examination Invigilator – £8.25ph
Required May 2017
We are seeking to recruit new Examination Invigilators to work with the existing team in the running of all internal and public examinations at Boldon School.
The post would be ideally suited to applicants who feel a sense of responsibility for today’s young people and who are able to work flexible daytime hours. The role is on a casual basis, throughout the academic year, involving morning and afternoon sessions as directed by the Examinations Officer.
As an exam invigilator, you will supervise students during examinations and complete a small amount of associated paperwork.
The experience of carrying out invigilation duties would be an advantage however full training will be provided for all invigilators and all hours will be negotiated for each exam period.
