Boldon School is dedicated to ensuring that each student gains direct workplace exposure through activities such as work visits, job shadowing, and/or work placements. These opportunities are crucial for students to explore career options and broaden their professional networks.
The work placement program is scheduled for the summer term of Year 10. Students are encouraged to find their own placements, which simulates the experience of searching for a job.
